Made from a combination of unopened tea buds and freshly spouted leaves, our Spring White Peony (Bai Mu Dan) brews a light golden infusion with a hint of sweetness reminiscent of dried apricot and almonds. It is processed with a minimum of handling and a unique withering process which results in an amber-orange infusion with low astringency, weighty mouthfeel and a mild flavor.
