How to make: Sift 1-2 tsp of matcha into a matcha bowl using a small sifter. Add 60 ml of hot water; for the best results, use water at 60-80°C. Whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion until the tea is frothy and thoroughly mixed, and then enjoy your freshly made matcha straight from the bowl.

The infusion of bergamot from Sicily, combined with cold-pressed citrus fruits, gives this popular mix a broader range than regular Earl Grey tea.
