Return Policy

The right of withdrawal is valid for 14 days and covers all products except tea and coffee. Tea and coffee are classified as food and are therefore not covered by the right of withdrawal. If the item is damaged or lost, because you are careless, you lose the right of withdrawal. Tip! Normally your order will be shipped within two to three days. At high load or during high season, some products may have a longer delivery time.

Our taste descriptions are personal and formulated at a particular test occasion. Differences can always occur. If you are not satisfied with the product delivered, please contact us immediately.
