This beutiful Japanese green is special because unlike most teas it isn’t made with tea leaves, but twigs and stems instead.
Kuki means twig and cha means tea. Kukicha is slightly sweet. The taste is characteristically round and slightly creamy with a nutty sweetness and a fresh greenery. This calming green has a high proportion of theanine, which is a calming amino acid.

How to make: Boil up fresh cold water
