Bio Matcha Izumi

Premium grade organic Japanese matcha. Our Izumi Matcha, meaning "spring," is made from the finest hand-picked green tea buds from Kyushu, Japan, ground to a fine powder.

How to make: Sift 1-2 tsp of matcha into a matcha bowl using a small sifter. Add 60 ml of hot water; for the best results, use water at 60-80°C. Whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion until the tea is frothy and thoroughly mixed, and then enjoy your freshly made matcha straight from the bowl.
